We sell sealed hobby boxes, cases, and collectible products. All product listings include descriptions and images for informational purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free at all times.

Pull Drop reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Sealed Products — Important Notice:
All hobby boxes and cases are sold factory sealed. The contents of sealed products are randomized by the manufacturer. Pull Drop makes no guarantee regarding the cards, items, or value contained within any sealed product. All sales of opened products are final.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except in the case of a clear pricing error.

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of your order, not a guarantee of fulfillment. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment. We ship from the United States and offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

7. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are subject to our Pre-Order Policy, which follows the same rules as in-stock items. By placing a pre-order, you agree to be charged at the time of purchase. Estimated release and ship dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change without notice. Pull Drop is not liable for manufacturer delays.

8. Returns and Refunds
