1. Where We Source Our Products
Pull Drop purchases inventory exclusively from authorized hobby distributors and trusted suppliers operating within the United States. We do not source products from secondary markets, third-party resellers, or unverified channels.
This means every hobby box, sealed case, and collectible product on our site comes directly through the legitimate supply chain — from the manufacturer, to the authorized distributor, to us, and then to you. No shortcuts. No gray market. No compromises.
2. Factory Sealed — Every Time
Every product we ship is verified to be in its original factory sealed condition before it leaves our facility. We inspect packaging integrity prior to dispatch to ensure:
- All factory seals, shrink wrap, and tamper-evident packaging are fully intact
- There are no signs of resealing, tampering, or box searching
- Products are in the same condition as received from our distributor
If a product does not meet our sealing and condition standards, it does not ship. Period.
3. What "Authentic" Means at Pull Drop
When we say a product is authentic, we mean:
- ✅ It was manufactured by the brand listed on the product (Panini, Topps, Pokémon, Upper Deck, Leaf, etc.)
- ✅ It entered our inventory through a verified, authorized distribution channel

4. What We Cannot Guarantee
In the interest of full transparency, there are certain things that fall outside our control and therefore outside the scope of this guarantee:
- The specific contents of any sealed product — cards, autographs, relics, and inserts are randomized by the manufacturer and unknown to us
- The condition of cards inside a factory sealed box — internal card conditions are set during the manufacturing process
- The actions of shipping carriers once a package has left our facility — we pack every order with care, but transit damage by carriers is beyond our direct control
- Third-party authentication or grading outcomes — Pull Drop cannot guarantee how any card will be graded by PSA, BGS, SGC, or any other grading company
5. If You Have Authenticity Concerns
We take authenticity concerns extremely seriously. If you receive a product and have genuine reason to believe it has been tampered with, resealed, or is otherwise not authentic, please contact us immediately:
Include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A clear description of your concern
- Photos of the product, packaging, and any areas of concern
We will investigate promptly and work with you to resolve the issue fairly. Depending on the outcome of our review, resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
