Pull Drop welcomes inquiries from retailers, resellers, and hobby businesses interested in purchasing products in bulk or establishing a wholesale relationship with us. This page outlines our current wholesale program, eligibility requirements, and how to get started.
Please read this policy carefully before submitting a wholesale inquiry.
1. Who Can Apply for Wholesale
Our wholesale program is open to:
- Licensed retail businesses (brick-and-mortar or online)
- Hobby shops and card stores
- Resellers with an established storefront or marketplace presence
- Event organizers and vendors (card shows, hobby expos, etc.)
- Content creators and influencers with verifiable audience reach in the hobby space
We reserve the right to approve or decline any wholesale application at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Minimum Order Requirements
Wholesale orders are subject to minimum purchase quantities. Specific minimums vary by product category and availability. Current general guidelines are as follows:
- Sealed Cases: Minimum of 2 cases per product per order
- Hobby Boxes (individual): Minimum of 6 boxes per product per order
- Mixed Orders: Minimum order value of $500 USD
Minimum order requirements are subject to change. Confirmed minimums will be provided in writing when your wholesale account is approved.
3. Wholesale Pricing
Approved wholesale customers receive preferential pricing on eligible products. Wholesale pricing is not publicly listed on our website and is provided exclusively to approved accounts.
Pricing is determined by:
- Product type and manufacturer
- Order quantity and frequency
- Current distributor availability and market conditions
Wholesale prices are subject to change without notice and are confirmed at the time each order is placed. Pull Drop does not guarantee fixed pricing across multiple orders.
4. Payment Terms
All wholesale orders require payment in full at the time of purchase. We do not currently offer net payment terms (Net 30, Net 60, etc.) for wholesale accounts.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Large wholesale transactions may require additional identity or business verification before processing.
5. Shipping on Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders ship from our facility in Lynchburg, Virginia. Shipping terms for wholesale orders are as follows:
- Domestic (USA): Free shipping on all wholesale orders, consistent with our standard shipping policy
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier
For large or heavy wholesale orders, shipping method and carrier may be determined by Pull Drop to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery. A tracking number will be provided for all shipments.
6. Returns and Refunds on Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are subject to the same return conditions as retail orders:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be factory sealed and completely unopened
- Refunds processed within 10 business days of receiving the return
- Opened products are not eligible for return under any circumstances
Please note that wholesale return requests must be submitted in writing to support@Pulldrop.shop and are subject to review and approval before a return is authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
7. Pre-Order Wholesale
Wholesale customers may place pre-orders on upcoming releases subject to availability and distributor allocation. Pre-order wholesale terms:
- Full payment is required at the time of pre-order
- Estimated ship dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change
- Pull Drop is not liable for manufacturer or distributor delays
- Cancellations on pre-order wholesale orders must be requested before the item ships
8. Resale Compliance
By purchasing through our wholesale program, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing the resale of goods
- Obtain any required business licenses, seller's permits, or tax registrations applicable in your jurisdiction
- Not misrepresent Pull Drop products in any listing, advertisement, or sale
- Not claim any official affiliation with Pull Drop without our express written consent
Pull Drop reserves the right to terminate any wholesale relationship if these terms are violated.
9. Product Availability
Wholesale product availability is subject to our current distributor stock levels. Not all products listed on Pulldrop.shop are available for wholesale at all times. Product availability for wholesale will be confirmed at the time of your inquiry or order.
Pull Drop does not guarantee the availability of any specific product for wholesale and is not liable for shortages resulting from distributor allocation changes or manufacturer production issues.
10. Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing, terms, and account details provided by Pull Drop are confidential and intended solely for the approved wholesale customer. You agree not to share, publish, or disclose wholesale pricing information with any third party without our express written consent.
11. Account Termination
Pull Drop reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of this Wholesale Policy
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Conduct that damages the reputation of Pull Drop or the hobby community
In the event of account termination, any pending orders will be fulfilled or refunded at Pull Drop's discretion.
